Bedroom #2 has a Full bed size. Bedroom #3 has two single beds —great views of the beautiful surrounding woods from all bedrooms. Comfortable living room with Smart TV set, a nice couch and a reclinable love seat. Eat-in kitchen with everything you need: gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and more. This is a single house, so you will have the whole first floor to yourself and your guests. If you have any needs, feel free to contact us. Since my wife and I live in the basement, we will be able to assist you and respond very quickly.  The basement has a separate entrance and is isolated from the first floor, where you will stay, ensuring your complete privacy. We will be accessible via phone or text if any questions or issues arise. Feel free to use all the appliances and utensils in our kitchen. The stove, despite being a vintage model, works great! The oven is a bit tricky to control its temperature, so we don't encourage its use. Help yourself to pantry Items for cooking. Feel free to watch TV in the living room (when signing in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and others) and connect to a fast WIFI network. There are plenty of laundromats nearby in the neighborhood. We will be around to assist with any needs or issues that arise. We completely respect our guests' interaction style and privacy. So it will be up to you if you want to contact us. We will be more than happy to respond. Quiet and residential neighborhood, 5 minutes away from The Ridge Hill Shopping Mall complex (Whole Foods/Apple Store/Movies/ Restaurants/etc), and also from Costco and Stew Leonards (big supermarkets). Only 25 min drive from NYC. 12 min drive to the closet Subway stations (1, 4, and D trains). Closest Metro-North station (to Grand Central Terminal) is a 7 min drive - Greystone, Yonkers. Our house is set up to comfortably host up to 6 guests. Bringing more than 6 people will be a major violation and your reservation may be canceled. In the event you bring more than 6 people, as part of the violation, there will be a non-refundable penalty.
