The entire first floor is yours; you'll have total privacy as no one will be sharing the space with you and your guests. Bedroom #2 has a Full bed size. Bedroom #3 has two single beds —great views of the beautiful surrounding woods from all bedrooms. Comfortable living room with Smart TV set, a nice couch and a reclinable love seat. Eat-in kitchen with everything you need: gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and more. Guest access This is a single house, so you will have the whole first floor to yourself and your guests. If you have any needs, feel free to contact us. Since my wife and I live in the basement, we will be able to assist you and respond very quickly.  The basement has a separate entrance and is isolated from the first floor, where you will stay, ensuring your complete privacy. We will be accessible via phone or text if any questions or issues arise. Feel free to use all the appliances and utensils in our kitchen. The stove, despite being a vintage model, works great! The oven is a bit tricky to control its temperature, so we don't encourage its use. Help yourself to pantry Items for cooking. Feel free to watch TV in the living room (when signing in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and others) and connect to a fast WIFI network. There are plenty of laundromats nearby in the neighborhood. Other things to note Please, make sure you add the right number of guests when making your reservation. Our house is set up to comfortably host up to 6 guests. Bringing more than 6 people will be a major violation and your reservation may be canceled. In the event you bring more than 6 people, as part of the violation, there will be a non-refundable penalty.
