You will be staying in the apartment upstairs. Your home is 100% private to you and your guests. The only thing you share is the driveway where there is room for you to park 3 vehicles. You have access to the full upstairs apartment and fenced in backyard. We provide necessities such as shampoo, conditioner, soaps, cooking utensils, dishes, and beach chairs that you may use during your stay. There is no central air conditioning but there are units placed inside to keep the home cool and fans throughout the space. 4 beach chairs are provided for your use while you are staying. We do not live in the area but have family close by that can help with anything that you need.
