Private luxury oasis in LA Westside

This beautiful, 2-story, high-end, Spanish style guest house includes high-vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and a spacious second story loft with an open studio-style flow. The open-plan suite is roomy and airy, with plenty of natural light and room for 2-6 guests. Heads up! While we'd love for you to enjoy the pool and hot tub during your stay, they're currently unavailable due to safety regulations. We apologize for any disappointment this may cause. The space The guest house is a large 1100 sq ft open studio-style unit. It is completely separate from the main home. You have the entire house to yourself with a private entrance. You can enjoy the beautiful yard featuring lush green grass with mature landscaping including orange, apple, lemon, cherry, and pecan trees. The trees produce fruit at different times, but you are welcome to pick and enjoy! There is a gas grill, with gas provided. It's perfect for a relaxing getaway in sunny LA. This is an open-air floor plan. There are no doors on the "bedrooms". Best for family or close friends. The Master bath has an open-air ceiling. The lower bath is completely enclosed. For stays longer than two weeks, we can arrange access to the washer and dryer. Guest access Digital locks on externals gates - code will be provided. The interior doors will be digital or keys will be provided. Other things to note Policies: -Please reach out if you’re bringing your lovely companion as we require pet cleaning fees and a deposit. - Make sure to thoroughly read and understand our cancellation policy before booking. The refund amount is determined by our policy. You can find it at the bottom of the listing. - If you wish to request an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us and we will check availability. Please keep in mind that early check-in/check-out cannot be guaranteed -Want to soak up the sunshine? Take off the couch covers and relax in the yard!
