The sprawling farmstead includes many homes and extensive backyard greenspace boasting organic vegetable gardens, fruit trees, flowers, ducks, chickens and forest trails. The upstairs has a a bathroom with shower. The first floor has a full bathroom, eat in large kitchen, TV room, living room. Space for families to dine in or relax. The downstairs bathroom has full tub and shower. Guests may use the washer and dryer in the kitchen. The deck has two patio tables with umbrellas and patio chairs. Other things to note One mature, clean dog is welcome. The pet fee is $100 per stay. Only friendly dogs are allowed on the Farmstead grounds. Dogs are not permitted to stay in the house alone. Self-check in 4 pm or later. The smart lock key code will be provided before check in. Checkout is at 10 am. We do laundry and deep cleaning but expect guests to leave the house in tidy condition. A checklist for check out procedures is provided. Our homes and the Farmstead grounds may not be suitable for toddlers.
