The linen closet has plenty of bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. Shampoo, cream rinse, hand soap, bath soap, toilet paper and a hair dryer is provided. The first floor has a full bathroom, eat in large kitchen, TV room, living room. Space for families to dine in or relax. The downstairs bathroom has full tub with shower, vanity, toilet, small storage cabinet, medicine cabinet and linens. Shampoo, cream rinse, hand soap, bath soap and toilet paper are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dishware and glassware. Appliances include a full size refrigerator, range, range hood, coffee maker, coffee press, coffee grinder, microwave, mixer and blender. There is dining room table to seat 6. Basic spices are provided. Guests may use the washer and dryer in the kitchen. The TV room has a comfortable futon couch, coffee table, tray tables and an entertainment console. There is a smart ROKU TV, DVD player and speakers. The second living room downstairs has additional seating High speed internet with WiFi is provided. Internet speed is 100Mbps. The deck has two patio tables with umbrellas and patio chairs. Grill is available during the summer months. A mature, well behaved dog is allowed for an additional fee of $100 per stay subject to certain house rules. Please contact us before booking if you are bringing a dog. No cats are allowed. Guest access Guests may use the whole house. Guests are also welcome to roam the grounds of the farmstead which includes gardens, apple trees, chicken house, pigeon coop, ducks and walks through through 40 acres of forested trails. Room for parking two cars across from the kitchen door and patio. Other things to note Guests use self check-in with a smart lock which opens with a code. The code will be provided before your arrival. One mature dog is welcome. The dog fee is $100 per stay.
