Remodeled 12 Bedroom, 7 Bath second-tier Lake View unit . The Lodge is perfect for your family reunion, business trips, fishing tournaments, class reunion, or wedding party. You can rent the Lodge as a 12 Bedroom or if your party is Smaller we do offer the lodge split into 3 units. During the summer months our on site restaurants has live entertainment on the weekend. The restaurant also has pool tables and darts if you need a break from the lake, sun, and fun! The space The Lodge is a 2nd tier home that consists of 3 units that when opened up, become one large unit. There is a door that connects each unit together. The newly renovated lodge offers 3 kitchens, 12 bedrooms, and 7 bathrooms. On one end you have a 3 bedroom, 1.5 baths, kitchen & lounging area. Each bedroom offers 2 queen beds in each room. The other end of the lodge offers the exact same, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, kitchen & lounging area. Each bedroom has 2 queen beds in each room. The center, that connects them both, offers a kitchen with 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, granite countertops, and a coffee bar!! There are a total of 6 bedrooms, offering 2 queen beds in each room(one bedroom is handicapped accessible), 5.5 baths, a large dining area, and a lounging area that has a queen sleeper sofa as well. The large back deck is great for grilling with provided gas grills & relaxing! You also have access to the community beach and resort pool with 2 hot tubs that is just a short walk from this unit. If you are looking to host a large group, the lodge is the perfect home for you!!! Guest access Lazy Dayz Lodge is located in a Lake Resort that offers 10 Cabins for rent. The resort also has an on-site Bar and Grill, a community pool, and 2 community hot tubs. We also rent boat slips and have a concrete boat ramp for guests to access. During the summer months our on site restaurants has live entertainment on the weekend. The restaurant also has pool tables and darts Other things to note Pets of all sizes are welcome for an additional daily fee of $10 per pet. We do offer boat rentals but they do need to be booked in advance as they fill up fast. If you want to bring your own boat, we do also have boat slip rentals. We have a concrete boat ramp for launching along with an on site boat gas dock. Located on the slower side of the lake at the 45mm, the location is perfect for boating, tubing, kayaking, fishing, and relaxing!
