Fully fenced in back yard with deck. It's just off the interstate and minutes from Bosch, Mercedes Benz, Boeing and the Charleston International Airport and 14 minutes from downtown Charleston as well as great dining and shopping! The space Two Queen Beds and one twin air mattress. Our home is equipped with all you need for a perfect, relaxing stay in Charleston - including a full kitchen, linens and towels, Smart TV, as well as a washer and dryer. *Please read this entire listing prior to booking! There are a number of requirements/ rules that we ask guests to adhere to, which allows us to offer an amazing yet cost-effective experience. **Note that parties/ local gatherings/ commercial use are strictly prohibited. Our HOA has rules resulting in fines for street/ lawn parking and we highly respect our neighbors’ quality of life. Due to current conditions and in an effort to keep both our guests and cleaning crew safe, only the guests listed within the reservation are allowed on the property; other visitors are NOT permitted. Any violation of these rules will result in the immediate termination of the current rental agreement and forfeiture of your security deposit. Guest access We want you to spend your days enjoying the things that make this city the #1 tourist destination in the world, only to return to a quiet and relaxing retreat. For that reason (with the exception of a closet/room and the shed), the entire house is available to you so please feel free to use our home as though it's your own.
