Crescent Heights Cottage

Welcome to our cottage! This one bed, one bath apartment is an easy walk, bike, or a short drive to everything awesome in St. Pete. The cottage features a small dining area and kitchenette with a refrigerator, hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, & washer/dryer. The bedroom and bathroom are located up a short set of stairs. Guests have strong wifi access along with a shared outdoor patio & yard on a quiet street. We love hosting long term renters. Please reach out to ask about monthly rates! The space Guest access The cottage is accessed through the alley behind the main property. Street parking is available 100ft from the gate/point of access. Both the alley gate and Cottage door have combination locks. We will provide you the key code to each before your arrival so you may come and go at your leisure. Other things to note - The ceiling is angled in the bedroom and bathroom portions of the cottage, creating several areas where it is quite low. This is shown in the photos of the ceiling over the stairway, the bed, bathroom doorway and shower. This property is not a great fit for tall guests. - There are tow short sets of stairs, one up to the sleeping area and one down to the bathroom. As pictured in the listing, there is not a handrail on either set. The cottage may not a good fit for those with mobility issues. -The Cottage is located in our backyard which is a shared space. You are welcome to enjoy the patio and make yourself at home as you are comfortable. - We do have a little dog "Pringle" that may be in the backyard on occasion. She is very friendly but is part Beagle so she tends to howl a bit when meeting someone new. She is totally harmless and just gets excited and likes attention. You can feel free to pet her and say hello, or just come and go with no interaction at all. -We have a smart TV with many apps installed for you to sign into on your own account, but please make sure to log out before leaving . -We have fast 500mbps internet (WIFI), password will be provided at check in. -This is Florida, so we do have a professional service treat for bugs, but please let us know if you notice anything excessive and would like us to spray again during your stay -This is a completely non-smoking/vaping property. Please do not book if you are a smoker/vaper. If our home smells of smoke/vape or we have any evidence of smoking within 50 feet of our home we will charge a $250 cleaning/house rule breaking fee and can cancel your reservation.
