This charming cottage is located on pristine Lake Pemaquid and sits 35' feet from the water's edge with a sandy beach and dock area. The cottage is newly renovated with a bright and airy open floor plan, granite countertops, a wall of windows, wood floors, fully stocked kitchen, clean & comfortable beds, quality linens, fast internet, RokuTV and an open floor plan that is inviting with picturesque views. Attention to detail in this luxe stay that is meticulously maintained & close to everything. The space Be our guest in this stunning cottage with picturesque views of the Lake Pemaquid, listen to the loons at night and enjoy great fishing in our cove. The deck outside off of the kitchen is a perfect place for sweeping lake views and gorgeous sunrises during morning coffee, features a large grill for barbecues and is a perfect spot for cocktails in the evening. The large wooden dining room table inside the home will comfortably seat 6. For more privacy, enjoy the deck off of the master suite, which is a great place to watch the sunset, read a book or sunbath. The double door sliders are a great feature that let in lots of sunlight or slide them open to breathe in all that fresh Maine air. The master bedroom has a comfortable, quality king mattress and pillows in both firm and medium. There is a small pull-out sofa also located in master bedroom which is suitable for a child. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a twin roll out mattress bed that is stored in the closet and a wall mounted RokuTV. There is also a pack n play and highchair stored in the bedroom closet. The king and queen sized beds are suitable for adults while the pull out sofa bed (master bedroom) and roll out mattress (second bedroom) are more suited for children. The laundry room has a washer, dryer and utility sink. The driveway will accommodate 3-4 automobiles. The dedicated workspace is in the master bedroom and equipped with fast, high speed internet which makes this home perfect for remote workers. We pride ourselves on hosting a luxurious stay with quality furniture, linens, cookware. The home is bright, sunny and cleanliness is a top priority. We are available locally and respond quickly to address all requests, questions and concerns. Guest access This lake side cottage includes an open floor plan with kitchen, dining & living room. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, king size bed and a dedicated workspace. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a twin roll out mattress and the second full bath is off of the living room area. Other things to note Please note, we are located near the popular local hot spot Lake Pemaquid Campground, with amenities such as an outdoor pool, hot tubs, corn hole, a basketball court, tennis court, playgrounds, horse shoes, skate park and more. These amenities belong to the campground and can only be accessed with owner permission. On Saturday evening in the summer there is live music in the campground and can be heard from the cottage. The band starts around 7pm and stops promptly at 10pm. Please plan on Saturday night in the end of June, July & August to hear music for a couple hours. Quiet hours begin at 10pm and end at 8am, it is strictly enforced by campground security. No dumping trash or parking on their property and follow all campground rules. Our cottage is on a private, wooded lot near the campground so any violation of campground rules will call for immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refunds. No EV car charging at the campground or house is allowed at any times. Boat launching is not permitted at the property. To launch a boat at the campground please call them directly. $500 fee applied to all reservations that break campground rules, charge cars at their facility or launch a boat without permission. All guests at the property must be registered with us. The maximum people this property can host is six. We do not allow gatherings, parties or groups larger than 6 people. Any violation of this rule without owner permission will be subject to additional fees. We are on a quiet private road, please help us maintain our high standard and respect for the community and many locals that reside on our private road year round. Parking is designated for 2-4 cars on the water side. No parking is allowed on the opposite side of the road. Our dock and beach area are on private property and separate from the campground.
