Close to beaches (Imperial Beach & Coronado Beach, 5 mi), North Island CU Amphitheater (3.0mi) , Las Americas Outlet (2.3 mi) San Diego Int’l Airport(14 mi),San Diego Convention Center (11 mi) The space To access the “The Cozy Private House” take the entrance door located at the right side of the 3657 main house. Walk a short alley and turn left. A digital door lock can be opened with a combination numbers which will be provided to the guests on the day of check in. The beautiful bedrooms has queen beds ( accommodates 4) , queen air bed (2), 1 floor mattress and 1 couch, total 8. Guest access Guests can access the open air patio and backyard to relax and enjoy! An option to have a barbecue when able. Other things to note The beautiful home is well decorated with intricately designed Capo de Monte (made in Italy) wall frames and decors which are breakable. They may not be taken off the walls and counter tops. House Rules: * Absolutely no drugs, no partying, no smoking in the living area. Only smoking may be permitted in the patio and backyard area. * Dishes, pots and pans should be washed and dried right after use. * Please refrain from having loud noise.
