Your private space is fully equipped including kitchen, two full bathrooms, and three sleeping areas (1 queen, 1 twin, 1 sofa bed.) Guests LOVE the DIY waffle station and coffee bar! Near food/drink, Opry, nightlife, live music, hiking/biking, airport and downtown! The space Guests rave that they feel at home immediately in the cozy, retro retreat! There is plenty of room to relax, play board games, read (take one from the free book library!), prepare food, or kick back with a glass of wine on the spacious patio. You’ll be surrounded by beautiful live plants, eclectic décor, and will have access to everything you could need for a wonderful stay. In addition, there is a wide array of charming amenities such as a DIY waffle station, coffee bar, Netflix with Guest Account, board games galore, essential oil diffusers, sound machines, and all of the essentials such as extra towels, and cooking necessities. Guests can come and go at their leisure via the private entry to the house. Please note that the back side of the house is a separate rental, but there are no shared areas so you will still enjoy total privacy. The neighborhood is quaint, safe and just minutes away from shopping, dining and entertainment! I love providing guests with recommendations so please feel free to reach out! Guest access Guests have their own private entrance to the space via the front of the house equipped with lockbox and key. Coming and going could not be easier as guests can simply let themselves in upon arrival. Other things to note Please note that there is a separate rental on the back side of the house but there are no shared areas, so you will enjoy total privacy. However, please do be respectful of noise levels between 11pm and 8am.
