111 - Poolside 1 bedroom closest to the water The space Welcome to Unit 111! This 1 bedroom sleeps 2 with a king bed in the master bedroom. This unit is on the ground floor with easy access to the pool and just steps to the beach. The kitchen and bathroom are not yet updated but we have new flooring. Be assured the unit is clean and has a fantastic view. Internet and TV cable with over 400 channels is a great addition to the perfect location. Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. There is a coin operated washer and dryer on every floor. Guest access You will have access to all of the same amenities the owner has. There is a coin operated laundry room with a washer and dryer right near the front entrance. Other things to note - Quiet time is between 10pm-9am - Pool closes at dusk - Please rinse off sand from beach toys and boogie boards before bringing back into the unit.
