Bathroom: Fully remodeled bathroom with shower. including towels( towels are not replaced). We also provide 4 beach towels. Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with appliances(toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer, coffee machine , oven, dishwasher. microwave and utensils); dining table with 6 chairs. Guest access The rental includes: free assign parking space for one car, free hi-speed wifi connection , cable, heated swimming pool, tennis court( we provide rackets and balls.), fitness center,24/7 security officers,24/7 front desk, vending machines, minimarket on first floor for your convenience, ATM machine inside the minimarket, valet parking(own expenses). Other things to note IMPORTANT: Once you check -in front desk will give you a parking permit. Please park on the right space and always leave it VISIBLE on the dashboard of your car. We provide a starter kit of supplies only ( paper towel, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and soap). If you think you will need more than what is provided, please make sure to bring some with you. CLEANING FEE NOTE: The cleaning fee charged is to clean the apartment after you stay ( it doesn't include daily cleaning service). You can receive packages by mail $5 per small packages received and $10 per big packages received.
