Both bedrooms have LED lighted new ceiling fans with remote control. The unit also has a 2 car garage with an electric garage door opener. The washer and dryer is conveniently located inside the unit, in the garage. You can have up to two vehicles per condo, and there is no assigned parking in the complex (first come, first served) There are 3 beds (1 King size, 1 Queen size bed and a twin size bed) and one Queen size sleeper sofa that sleeps a max of 7 guests and 2 full bathrooms. There is also parking for two vehicles (not assigned) or you can park two vehicles in the garage The condo has a washer and dryer in the garage. The condo entrance is right across the Golf Course. There is also WiFi throughout the property Other things to note **** Weather events, including tropical storms and hurricanes, are not accepted reasons for cancellations, re-scheduling, or refunds (unless there is a government mandated evacuation or shutdown). We highly recommend to acquire Travelers or Cancellation insurance at the time of booking to protect your travel/vacation investment. **** Guests will be provided with a starter kit containing toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent (when applicable), coffee paper filters and a few trash bags. It is recommended to bring personal toiletries, additional supplies and beach gear including beach towels. This property does NOT allow parties, events or external visitors. **** Shared facilities and amenities are managed by Vista Verde and are out of the scope of control of the owner or this particular property manager.
