Under-the-Sea is a Master-suite room set up similar to a hotel experience. There is no need to interact with other guests or host if you choose. Private entrance to room. ✓ Less than 3 miles from Downtown ✓ Close to Melrose District, First Friday, Hospitals, Art walks & More! ✓ Access to entire home with other guests for extended stay guests only ✓ Your room is a Private Master Suite style room and bathroom ✓ Kitchenette includes small appliances ✓ Dedicated workspace The space This room does share a wall with a roommate, so you may hear activity from others and are asked to keep noise level down during quiet hours. Captain lives on property in the casita and tends to work remotely a couple days a week. The energy at Captain Lynn's is positive and supportive of individual expression while also respectful of other's personal space. Direct communication clears most issues, so if you "think" something is not right, best to ask Captain directly and she will assist with a resolution that is considerate of all guests. Guest access Backyard improvements are UNDER CONSTRUCTION, please stay to path for private access to your room. Access to the laundry is for extended stay or with permission. Full kitchen is currently unavailable for this suite. During your stay Captain Lynn travels quite often for work and so may not be available in person but she responds to messages and phone calls quickly . Please do not hesitate to ask if any questions or concerns, We strive to provide a 5-star experience. Please note there are others that stay on the property, but this room does not have direct interaction, short of shared laundry for long term stays. You may hear others talking on occasion. Quiet Hours are 9pm to 8am. Volume of voices, TV and activity is requested to be non-disturbing to others.
