Living room has TV with VCR and DVD player. It is also equipped with small stereo system which has a CD and cassette player. Master bedroom has a King and guest room has a twin and a full size bed. There is a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. The space The balcony has a small table and two chairs, and because it's an end unit, a great view of the ocean and miles of sandy beach. All units at Amelia by the Sea are direct oceanfront with private balconies on upper units or patios on ground floor unit. Occupants have access to a 800 ft. private fishing pier and large swimming pool on the ocean side of the complex. ABS is a gated complex with open parking for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit. This Condo has a maximum occupancy of 4 people! 4 day minimum required in the off season. During summer months, a minimum of 7 days required, with Saturday to Saturday stays only. NO KIDS, NO SMOKING and NO PETS! THIS IS A RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY NOT A RESORT. QUIET HOURS OBSERVED FROM 10 PM - 9 AM. While you may occasionally notice workers on-site and some daytime noise, it is generally much lighter than earlier construction phases.
