Mountain View Suncrest House
Suncrest House near beautiful Trinity Alps Wilderness Area
Description
Located on the sloping hillside across the street from the Strawhouse Cafe', this sunny yellow house will greet you with a warming glow as you enter in. At 1,100 square footage, two bedrooms (queen bed in each), two bathrooms, heating/ac, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and very spacious living and dining room areas, you have plenty of room to enjoy each other's company. Meander down to the Trinity River on the Strawhouse Café side or enjoy the garden and mountain views from your living room. The space Although it is attached to Creekside Cottage, it does not share any living spaces but does share the carport, undercover porch and washer and dryer. It's perfect for families who want to be close to each other but not in the same space. It is one of two of our pet-friendly accommodations (the other being the Creekside Cottage next door). Must notify Strawhouse prior to arrival if bringing a pet. Pet must be well-behaved and non-destructive. Absolutely no pets with fleas are allowed. There is a $40 pet fee if bringing a pet. This covers one pet for two nights. If you have an additional pet or stay more than two nights, you will be asked to pay an additional $20/pet/night. Although we love animals, pets are not allowed down by the river's edge on the Strawhouse side of the property out of respect for other guests (there are other local river access areas - please ask about them!), but there is a very spacious and beautiful lawn area on our park side that they are free to enjoy and lots of beautiful hiking areas nearby! We do ask that you pick up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture, and the linens provided are NOT for them to sleep on either. Please bring along their favorite bedding, keep them off of the furniture, and crate them if left alone. Guest access - Quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am Pets are not allowed down by the river area (even though we love pets, it is out of respect for other guests who might be allergic or just not want dogs around), There is a very nice park area where they can run around and lots of other river access points to bring them to.
