Our beach home is nestled inside a family friendly, very quiet, & gated community. We’re located at South Carlsbad State Beach. Our 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 story home boasts 180 degree ocean views. Get ready to relax & enjoy your vacation. A 1 min walk, & you’re at the top of the beach stairs ready to enjoy the sun, sand & waves. We provide many beach essentials to enjoy your day at the beach. Relax in our outdoor hot tub after you return! The space 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 large living areas, a large kitchen, 2 outdoor living areas, & a large spacious deck with amazing ocean views. Our backyard also has a putting green, hot tub, dining area & BBQ. Within the gated community there’s a kids playground, basketball court, volleyball court, bocce ball court, & a pickle-ball court. Guest access The whole house (minus the garage and a few closet). Other things to note 2 cars minimum & must park in the driveway only. No street guest parking. Our home is Hawaii style = No shoes inside.
