Welcome to our Perk & Pete’s! Updated 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with 3800 sq ft inside & over 350' of lake frontage. This beautiful property sleeps up to 10 (no more allowed due to permit restrictions). It is located on a peninsula on Tenmile lake. The house includes a fire pit area, outdoor grill, sauna, deck, patio, 4 kayaks, paddle boat & dock to maximize your time outdoors. A full kitchen, 3 fireplaces, bar, shuffleboard table & foosball table to keep you entertained inside The space The inside has an entryway with cathedral ceilings, a bedroom and a view up to the loft area that includes a tv and sitting area. Beyond the loft area is the large primary suite including a full bathroom. The main level has an open kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area with access to the deck and living area with an electric fireplace and tv. This main level also has a full bathroom and bedroom with an electric fireplace. Off of the main floor living area, there is a spiral staircase to take you down to the family room with a wood burning fireplace, tv, bar area, shuffleboard table and foosball table. 2 additional bedrooms are on this level as well as a full bathroom. From the basement, you can walk out to the patio area with a flat yard and access to the dock/lake. Wifi with FIBER connection is provided. TVs all have Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN. Sleeping Rooms: *Upstairs Primary - king bed and twin daybed *Main Bedroom - king bed *Entry Bedroom - queen bed with single trundle bed *Basement Bedroom 1 - queen bed *Basement Bedroom 2 - queen bed Docks: We have a dock for your use. The dock is in front of the property and is only available May - Sept. Firepit: We have a firepit area for your use. It has 4 chairs around it with more available in the storage unit. No firewood is provided so please plan to pick some up in Chetek. Outdoor fun: We have 4 kayaks available for use, three singles and one double. Also, a 5 person paddle boat (only 2 adults). Please ensure to use a provided life jacket as well. Additional yard games are in the storage unit for your use. There is also a sauna available for your enjoyment. Instructions are provided on the sauna door. It is located outside the basement side door under the deck with easy access from the house. The hot tub is not available for guest use due to state permit restrictions. We provide some of the basics, but we would suggest you bring the following: *Beach Towels *Toiletries - shampoo, body wash, etc. (hand soap is provided) *Toilet paper (1 extra roll in each bathroom is provided) *Dishwashing detergent (Few pods provided) *Laundry detergent (Few pods provided) *Paper Towels *Kleenex *Firewood Guest access Guests have access to all of the house with the following exceptions: 3 locked closets in the house, garage, shed, hot tub and pontoon boat with lift. Other things to note There is plenty of room to dock your boat on the dock. It is only available May - Sept. There is also parking for your boat trailer on the property as well 4 more cars. Please make sure all vehicles/trailers are parked on our concrete or red pavers as to not disturb our neighbors. Do not park on the blacktop.
