The bungalow features two bedrooms upstairs and an inviting open-concept living and dining area downstairs — perfect for families or small groups. We’re happy to help and love hosting returning guests! 💙 🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements 💤 There are 5 beds in total: 🛏️ Bedroom 1: Queen bed (memory foam) + Twin/Twin bunk bed with trundle, dresser, and 43” TV 🛏️ Bedroom 2: King bed (foam mattress) with storage drawer, large dresser, and 55” flat-screen TV 🛋️ Living Room: 55” flat-screen TV, DVD player, and comfy leather sofa set 🍽️ Dining Area: Seats up to 6, with extra bar seating 🌴 Amenities & Essentials 🌐 Free high-speed Wi-Fi & Smart Roku TVs 🍳 Fully equipped kitchen: cookware, utensils, coffee maker, blender, toaster & slow cooker 🧺 Washer & dryer with starter detergent 🧴 Fresh linens, towels & starter toiletries (paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, detergent) 🏖️ Wagon & beach chairs provided (may differ slightly from photos due to replacements) Guest access 🏖️ Guest Access 🌊 During your stay, you’ll have full access to two community pools 🏊‍♀️ and relaxing hot tubs 💦 — available during designated operational hours. 🚗 Parking is complimentary for our guests, and a golf cart charging station ⚡ is available on a first-come, first-served basis. 🔒 Please note that owner’s closets are securely locked for storage and are not accessible to guests. Other things to note 🏡 House Rules & Important Guidelines When making a reservation with us, please confirm that you’ve carefully reviewed and agreed to our house rules and the following important policies — these are strictly enforced to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone. 🚭 No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking will result in a cleaning fee and fines passed on to the guest. 🎉 No Parties or Events Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Violations will result in immediate cancellation of your stay per HOA and platform policies. 🐾 No Pets (Unless Approved) Pets are not allowed unless specifically approved by the owner in advance. If approved, a pet fee will apply. ⛅ Weather & Cancellations Weather conditions are beyond our control and do not qualify for a refund. We strongly recommend travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for peace of mind. 🎥 Security & Safety For guest safety, the exterior areas of the property are equipped with security cameras operating 24/7. No cameras are located inside the home.
