This 3600 square-foot lodge with three levels sleeps 19, has 13 beds, and has two sofa sleepers. With its private spaces and open concepts no one will feel crowded. The cabin sit on a private wooded lot with easy access to hundreds of miles of trails for snowmobiling and UTV adventures. The home has three fireplaces, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 4 TVs, Wi-Fi, foosball, and AirHockey on a private one acre wooded lot. The main floor has features an open concept with a beautiful well supplied kitchen, large granite kitchen island, two large dining tables, a great room with a fireplace an TV, the master bedroom has gorgeous king size log bed, a TV, Fireplace, Jacuzzi tub, and a double shower you will love! Also on the main floor is a half bath and modern laundry room. Upstairs in the loft is a bedroom, bathroom, sofa sleeper, foosball table, air hockey table, and a large flat screen TV. Downstairs you will find a Family room with fireplace, a sofa sleeper, and three bunkbeds that are ideal for children. There is a full bathroom, private bedroom with a queen bed, and a large private family style bedroom with 2 queen/queen log bunk beds. Open since December 2017 as a vacation rental. Guest access You will have access to the entry home minus the kitchen pantry, master closet, loft closet, and the garage. These are all locked and guest access is not granted to those spaces. Everything else is yours to use! Other things to note Check-in at 4:00pm Check-out at 10:00am When you depart, please strip the beds you use and place on floor by washer. *Wash as many of the towels as you have time for. It really helps the cleaning crew since there is no laundry service in Island Park. *Gather trash and place in trash receptacle outside. Trash days are Monday and Friday, so please get as much trash in the receptacles as you can before trash pick-up. *You do not need to clean, per se, but do leave the cabin in a straightened-up condition. *Do have your dishes in the dishwasher and start the load.
