It’s a private room with a large private bathroom and a shared kitchen and common area with other two rooms. * We value your time and respect your privacy. * We commit to providing you with the best service and staying experience. * Our place located in a safe, quiet neighborhood and less than 5-10 minutes walk from restaurants, Supermarket, Bus Station and SJSU Guest access * You will have access to wifi, laundry, wifi, kitchen and backyard deck * You will have dedicated parking space on the street or in the driveway During your stay Although we love meeting people from all walk of life, we enjoy our privacy and do our best so that our guests have exceptional privacy. However, we also enjoy interactions when mutually possible and happy to provide any information that is needed. But, we are not disappointed if some of quests prefer less social interactions.
