Stay in a historic, yet modern farmhouse situated between Middleburg and Purcellville, two quaint towns in the heart of horse and wine country. Set on 13 acres, the home is ideal for families or groups looking for a cosy retreat and includes several fireplaces, walking trails, a creek for kids to play in, off-street parking and a home office. The home features four bedrooms and two sleeper couches and can easily accommodate 12 people. Note: we follow strict COVID-19 cleaning practices. Our home provides a classic, remodeled and serene setting for those looking to escape the city life for the weekend and enjoy the Virginia countryside. Parts of the home are nearly 300 years old and it includes a country kitchen, historic dining room, grand living room and a cocktail room. Two bedrooms have queen beds, one has 2 twin beds (trundle) and the last room has a full size bed. The livingroom includes a sleeper couch as does the cocktail room. The house has two and a half baths. In the winter, guest are welcome to use a fireplace on the main level. The space stays cool during the summer with central air conditioning. Guests are welcome to take advantage of the backyard patio and grill, the paths and the creek. Off street parking is available. You will have private access to the home. We will provide you with an access code prior to check in. The place is yours! There will be no interaction between guests and hosts. Maple Hill Farm is situated on 13 private acres.
