Mt.Baker Base Camp in Snowater

Hi! My Snowater condo is very close to the gate for fast access to the mountain and nearby trails. The back door of the condo opens to woods and sound of the Nooksack River when raging. It's very quiet with lots of trails and activities close by. The space The condo is set up to get you rested for your next adventure. There is a good drying set-up, a washer and dryer, a small porch and a closet. You can lock your bikes (up to three in the closet) or outdoor gear. The bedroom has a queen bed. The living room futon folds out to fit one or two people. There is a new queen size air bed that pumps up and will sleep two people if needed. Blankets, pillows, and sheets are supplied. Total sq ft. is 585 Guest access Pretty much everything is open except the historical log home. This includes both pools with hot tubs. There is a sauna by the pool closest to the condo. Next to both the pool buildings are some nice indoor racketball rooms and playrooms. Please follow the rules or you will be asked to leave. Other things to note WiFi information: Glacier is in the mountains and does not have good cell service. The internet can be spotty at times during storms. The condo has WiFi is pretty good and you can work with it. It may run slower at peak usage times. If you are planning to do work while at the condo during the winter with storm, snow, wind, please know you may not have access at times. There is no guarantee. Getting around: Walking distance to Chair 9 restaurant and bar. (15 min) Drive time to Glacier is 5 minutes. Drive time to Mt. Baker is 25 minutes with good conditions. Drive time to I5 is about 1 hour. Trails are on the property: There is a couple small loops on the property that go next to the river. Please be extremely careful if you decide to get close to the river. Keep an eye on your children. There are many mountain trails can be accessed from the trails on the property. Please do your research and get some really good maps so you don’t get lost the area is vast.
