The Tipsy Gypsy Wagon is one of 7 uniquely themed stays on our small private family ran campground. It’s a short 2 minute walk up the hill to crystal clear river - 12Mile Creek just south of Fredericktown, MO. You will have 33 acres to explore, with refreshing swimming, shut-ins, bluffs, wooded trails and more than enough nature to bask in. Deer, rabbits, turtles & many different species of birds too! The space The Tipsy Gypsy has wonderful whimsical décor. Inside get cozy and enjoy the faux fireplace and warm romantic tones. In the summer step into the AC to cool off! The Tipsy Gypsy also has a large deck to sit on and enjoy your morning coffee. The new private outdoor kitchenette is only steps away and includes a small refrigerator, silverware, cooking utensils, dishes, and more. There is a charcoal BBQ grill. You will also have a nice private restroom and shower. Enjoy the firepit under the stars while roasting some marshmallows! This will be a stay to remember! Our campground, Fredrock offers 6 Unique Stays, including the Tipsy Gypsy and 5 Rv spots, incase you are looking to book for a group or interested in staying in one of our other FUN rentals. Other things to note This is a shared property/ Glampground. Host lives on property. 1 bundle of Firewood is provided, more available to purchase for $5/bundle. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE(including cigarettes, marijuana and vape). There is a private deck, please smoke there if you must).
