Our Newly renovated "barn" style home is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy life in Southern Ct. Located on a ridge overlooking the trees and sky this 5 bedroom/4 bathroom home is close enough to the town amenities but far enough to not hear any background noise. Any time of the year this well appointed home is relaxing, comfortable and calming. The space The house has a misleading appearance from the outside-that of a small country house-as once you enter into the 3 story foyer and LR the space opens up to a bright, open and airy interior. The main bedroom is on the first floor which also is home to the open kitchen which is well appointed for any kind of cooking or entertaining occasion. There are two living room areas with lots of large glass windows overlooking the trees! The dining room is part of the main LR area. Off the left side of the LR is a staircase that leads to a landing with a bedroom and bathroom and then another small staircase up to a small bedroom with twin bed. This is where you see the remnants of a barn layout. On the other side of the house is another staircase leading to "the treehouse room" which holds a King size sleigh bed and a shower with a window that looks through to the treetops. Once back in the main part of the house there is a staircase that leads to a lower level en suite bedroom with a bathroom, LR with large screen TV, couches, small kitchen with laundry and a small office. It is from this level that you can access the pool and hot tub. There are SONOS speakers throughout the house, a full coverage generator, air filtration system, AC/heat system and water softener system. Guest access Full house
