Blue Burough is our latest airbnb that will certainly make you feel right at home. This unit is one of four units in a historic gem building located in neighborhood of Riverside. We are located only 1 block from St Vincent's hospital and walking distance to the restaurants and antique stores on Park Street. There is an on-site private laundry room for our Airbnb guests and the long term tenants in the building. Free parking is available and easy access to Ubers and Lyfts if needed. The space Very comfortable and spacious hideaway! There is a full kitchen with all the appliances and cookware you need to feel at home. The living room is quaint and the bedroom has a sitting area if you would prefer to read and relax. Other things to note House Rules No Pets No smoking inside the home $200 fine applied if applicable. No events or parties Quiet time after 10pm for respect of the neighbors. If early check in or late check out needed that MUST be approved and discussed first . Each hour needed is an additional $50 fee and max is 2 hours which is $100 total if approved. Exceptions are based on cleaning crew eligiblity. We have 10 units and they are on a tight cleaning schedule so changes must be made in advance.
