Cedar North at J2 Farm, Unit 1

A cozy, updated bed-and-breakfast style guest house on a growing permaculture farm in Leelanau County, Cedar North is perfect for a quick trip or an extended vacation. With good people in a beautiful place, a touch of art, and plenty of nature, we hope to be your home away from home in Northern Michigan. The space Unit One enters through the gallery hallway. It features a sunny southern view of the farm and gardens, a kitchenette, private bathroom, queen size bed, dining table, and sitting area. Cedar North offers a complete pastoral Northern Michigan homestay. Lounge in the common room with our library, board games, and wood-burning fireplace. Browse the art gallery featuring a rotating exhibition and family collection. Stroll the gardens, pick fresh flowers and seasonal produce, relax in the shady picnic area, and tell stories by the campfire. Hike or snowshoe the trails through the forest and around the pasture to visit our curious goats, cows, chickens, and ducks. During your stay We love to interact with guests and welcome them to visit during farm chores or while we're out and about on the farm. We respect your privacy as well. We are available on the property to assist with your needs; on the occasion that we are gone, we have reliable, friendly, knowledgeable co-hosts to assist.
