Fenced yard with wind protection and nice back patio. Wonderful new expanded deck and view to enjoy the sunsets and nice roomy kitchen and living room. All 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom suite. With 1/2 bath upstairs. Plenty of parking for 3 cars.
