Covered Bridge Cottage is on the Presumpscot River. Historic Babb's bridge adjoins the property. This peaceful, secluded woods cottage sleeps 5. Eat-in kitchen, dishwasher, full bath with washer and dryer. Wifi, Sony TV, a/c , heat, weber grill, porch. Use of dock, 2 kayaks, floats, campfire, picnic table, hammock. A wonderful spot to relax and explore the river. Swim in shimmering water. Portland 12 mi., beaches, or Sebago. owner has dog and chickens and lives next door . The space This is a secluded spot in the woods. You will share river access with owner. It is a "Maine camp" from 1942 that has been updated over the years. Owner lives next door and has a dog that roams free. Bentley will bark but is friendly. Also chickens Guest access Cottage, Dock and surround, private gravel drive. Woods to North and East are not accessible. check in after 3pm. check out 11 am. Other things to note Host lives nextdoor. Laura has a medium size dog named Bentley. He will visit guests. So will chickens. Please don’t feed them. Rentals of 30 days or more will require a rental agreement.
