The space This listing is a special price of our main listing for the use of solely the first floor of our popular guest house. The ground floor contains; one bedroom that sleeps 3, with a king sized bed and, a kid-favorite under the stairs cubby with a twin bed, one full bathroom, living room with 2 cozy couches that can be used to sleep additional guests, dining room and a full kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, cooktop, blender, toaster, dishes, Utensils, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oil etc). There is an additional great room with hunting lodge vibes that includes a second living room, a 2nd full bathroom and a loft that counts for a second bedroom with 2 double beds. This addition is new as of November 2025 and is a work in progress, we are adding new furnishings and amenities to it every day! The house has a enclosed private yard a charcoal grill and a small patio with a fire pit. You’ll have the place to yourself but please note that besides the loft the upstairs is not included in this listing. To reserve the entire house including the second floor for up to 20 guests please see our other listing. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire first floor of the house and the loft. Besides the loft which has its own stairs, The upstairs is not included in this listing. The house is inside a larger gated property with other housing and has its own private enclosed yard. Guests will have a gate control to access the property during their stay. There is ample parking area on the property, shared with the owners and other guests
