Hotel Arcadia Extended Stay Apartment

This is a nicely furnished 2 bedroom apartment, perfect for an extended stay if you are looking for a place for your crew on an out-of-town job. Each bedroom sleeps 3. One bedroom has 3 single beds, and the other bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. There are two large TVs - one in the living room and one it a bedroom - both with free access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, HBO Max, and Paramount plus. There are a couple of nice real arcade games with hundreds of free games to play. The space This space is the entire upstairs of a two story downtown building. It is about 1200 sq. ft. and nicely furnished. I noticed in our reviews that the furnishings have been described as "dated." That is true. When my parents decided to downsize and move out from their 4000+ sq. ft. house into a smaller duplex, I furnished this place with all of the extra furniture that they couldn't fit. So it is furnished with all of the furniture from the house I grew up in. Very nostalgic for me, probably less so for you...lol. But nevertheless, very nice furnishings. The dining room set is something you don't see anymore - a very expensive, huge, top quality table and chairs and buffet and display cabinet that together probably weigh several tons. The living room furniture is from their living room - some pieces from my grandparents even. The TV is a nice 50" Samsung Plasma with a gorgeous picture. There is lots of seating and the room feels nice and open and large. I have added a couple of real arcade games that both have "multigame" boards in them, so they play lots of classic arcade games exactly as they did originally. The kitchen has everything you need to cook as well as a dishwasher. There is a nice laundry area with full sized washer/dryer. Guest access Guests will have full private access to the entire place. No areas are shared with anyone else.
