The beach is directly across the street with convenient pedestrian access. John's Pass is directly across the street south of the building- which has some of the area's best shopping, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, and live entertainment. There is also a fantastic restaurant (Mad Beach Cantina) located in the parking lot overlooking the pool and marina, if you don't feel like walking or cooking. There is a full size washer/dryer in unit, as well as free Wi-Fi and a full kitchen. Private elevator access from parking garage. There is a front desk that is staffed 24/7 for any questions or concerns that you may have. Our unit includes one parking pass which you will get from front desk at check in. Additional parking passes are available from the city for $60/week. Other options include the Johns pass garage which is only a short walk away. For repeat guests, please note we have recently replaced the bunk beds in the second bedroom with a full size bed. Other things to note We have 4 small beach chairs for guests to easily take to the beach. But larger chairs with umbrellas are also available to rent at the beach. Many other rentals are available at John’s Pass shops, including bikes, e-bikes, boat tours, many others.
