This villa is very easy to find and close to highways. Upon arrival, you will find a private entrance with a gated driveway leading up to the secluded home. The two-story Villa boasts 5 - 6 spacious bedrooms & a bedroom loft, 4.5-5.5 bathrooms to comfortably accommodate 17-24 guests. Relax in the Zen courtyard or by the quaint garden or in the backyard covered patio to enjoy beautiful views of natural landscape of the majestic mountains with your morning coffee or afternoon tea. Put your competitive skills to the test with ping pong or mini-putt. Be entertained with 5 smart TVs, and an expansive lawn and yard. The open floor plan provides a great space to hang out with the entire group. If you need additional en-suite & accessible through the outdoor staircase entrance by the garden area or let us know to open up to access from the inside hallway, if it’s available. You can search video clip under HH360HilltopVilla San Diego or send email to Ann (HH360Hilltop@ g mail .com - remove spaces) If you host a non-house guests or public party for outsiders without our knowledge you will be fined $5000 and immediately cancellation. - No Smoking is allowed inside or outside the property – NO EXCEPTIONS or you will be charged for extra smoke odors cleaning. - No pets or any type of animals allowed inside house, outside yard, or anywhere on the property or you will be charged for carpets, odors, yard, extra wash laundry, and furniture cleaning fees $1000. - Please only consume food/beverages on the 1st floor. Do not bring food/color drinks other than water to the 2nd floor. If there are Carpet/Rubber floor stains you will be charged for extra carpet cleaning. - Cleanliness is our priority for our guests, please NO shoes on the carpet stairs and on the 2nd floor. - It is expected to take kitchen trash out to the large trashcans outside the kitchen door or down the dirt road by trash pickup area if you need more room. Please use recycle bin for recycling and close all lids to prevent raccoon. Excess trash left behind will result in a fee or unless depends on your stay. - Any locked doors or posted signages must remain locked and no accessible to house guests. - Washer/Dryer usage is available to longer stays (3 Days or more), or unless pre-arrangements. Extra linens are provided inside the foyer closet. - Gas BBQ usage is available to guests, however NO charcoals are allowed, and keep it clean after used otherwise additional cleaning fee for extra time will be applied. - For your comfortable stays please close doors when go in/out, flies and insects love inside. Ping Pong room/courtyard are warmer during noon in the summer you can close the doors daytime and leave it open in the evening to next day. Also, white fence side gates need to be closed all time for the protection of the garden from rabbits or snakes. - For a large group, minimum 4 adult house guests will need to add emails in the reservation, sign waivers for liability, and agreeing to the house rules. - Winter (Dec-Feb) temperature on the main floor sets to heat 68-70 (7am -12am) 65 from (12am-7am), all bedrooms are set 68-70. Spring/Summer/Fall: 1st floor sets to cold 74 -78, 2nd floor & Bedrooms set to cold 68-74 (per SDGE recommendation) Guest access No access to garage, outdoor sheds, stairs, balconies.
