Stylish barndominium situated on a peaceful cove of Lake Lewisville. Perfect for a family fun getaway, relaxing retreat, or an inspiring work-from-home space. Our place is a large metal barn with 1200 square feet of living quarters and private lake access. The fully stocked modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal, whether it’s gourmet or gour-met. We also have a charcoal barbecue grill with all the required accessories. The main floor living area has lofted ceilings and a stunning view of the lake. There is a dining area that seats 5-6 with additional seating at the kitchen island, as well as a picnic table for outdoor dining by the lake. Inside the table bench is a collection of board games and puzzles to play. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, large smart tv, closet space - not to mention an oil diffuser for whatever mood your in. The adjoining bath has a spa shower with a light up rain-head and jet sprays (it’s pretty fancy), along with all natural spa products that make you feel amazing. The upstairs bedroom has a single loft bed, a trundle bed that can be 2 twins or a king, and also a large smart tv with a collection of DVDs that we’ve held on to for some reason. The upstairs loft area has a sleeper sofa, foosball table, a record player, and some amazingly good vibes. There is a stackable washer and dryer to keep the laundry at bay. When you step out the sliding glass door in the living room there is patio seating to catch the sunrise with a cup of your favorite morning beverage. Or you can sleep in and have a favorite afternoon beverage. Step down from the patio and head towards the lake and you’ll find the fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows and making memories. Just beyond that is our private lake access. Bring your fishing poles and some catfish bait, and your almost guaranteed to hook one. The border of our cove is protected by the Army Corps of Engineers, and hosts a wide variety of wildlife. We have seen Bald Eagles, Egrets, and maybe a few friendly Goldendoodles and Labradors. Feel free to go exploring along the shore or in the pedal boat, or you can rent out our paddle boards for a small fee. All of the outdoor spaces and barndominium. Guests do not have access to the garage area. You must be at least 25 years of age to book this listing. We require photo Id's and will utilize entry cameras to verify your identities and correct number of guests. Our awesome neighborhood is nestled along Lake Lewisville. We have several convenient shopping places close by, including a Walgreens and a Walmart Super-center. We are within a short driving distance from The Tribute golf course, Toyota Stadium(FC Dallas) Dr. Pepper ballpark(Roughriders)The Star(Cowboys training facility), AT&T stadium(Cowboys) and many other local attractions. We are also close to several marinas and boat/jet ski rental places. Please ask if you need assistance with this. Our HVAC system is equipped with a Reme Halo air purification system. This device has a 97% reduction rate of all airborne bacteria, and helps create a very clean air and surface environment. We have found it very helpful, especially for migraine and allergy sufferers. In addition to the WiFi, ethernet ports are located in the kitchen, dining and master bedroom areas if you need to create workspace. We supply you with a small amount of firewood in the pit for free, if you need to use additional bundles we have some for sale. We do not recommend kids over 8 years of age to sleep in the loft bed upstairs. Kids 12 and under will need to wear life vests while using the peddle boat or paddle boards. We have a few you can borrow if you ask ahead of time, but do not guarantee their fit or effectiveness.
