The space The property sits across the street from Fresh market on one of Indy's suggest corners... several great restaurants just a few steps away. The new electric city bus that goes straight downtown stops on the corner as well. the monon recreational trail and shops are just a few blocks from the house! Guest access Guests can access the entire unit, which is half of the duplex. please do not bother tenants and neighbors on either side of the unit. If needed there is a snow shovel by the basement steps and ice melt in containers on the front porch. Guests are responsible clearing snow as wanted. Extra cleaning supplies are on the shelves by basement steps.
