Easily check-in to this lovely single level, light and bright, gated, completely remodeled home just 4 blocks from the beach! The house is new and fully furnished with a private patio in the backyard. Tandem onsite parking is available and the train station is close and the area is very bike friendly (two bikes are available!). The space Guests will enjoy the entire house along with a backyard patio with BBQ. Other things to note We follow Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Cleaning protocol includes but is not limited to: • Cleaning products and disinfectants used are approved by global health agencies, and protective gear is worn during cleaning to prevent cross-contamination. • All commonly touched surfaces are sanitized, including door knobs, light switches, remote controls • Each room is cleaned by using an extensive checklist. • All local laws are complied with, including additional safety and cleaning guidelines.
