The main living area has seamless flow between the kitchen and living room with a half bath located on the main floor. 2nd floor: Bedroom one: king bed with attached bathroom tub/shower combo. Bedroom two: 2 twins with attached bathroom tub/shower combo. 3rd floor: queen bed with attached bathroom tub/shower combo and lovely ocean view balcony. Community pool is located directly in front of the villa. There is a dedicated parking spot right next to entrance of villa. There are two parking spaces allowed per villa. Wild Dunes sports card is not included. The Wild Dunes amenities you have access to inlclude dining, golf, and bike trails. Guests have access to the Mariners Walk community pool and charcoal grills. The rental is equipped with wireless internet, landline phone, and washer/dryer. Things to know: -Sewee Properties Booking Process: You must return Sewee Properties Streamsign Guest License Agreement before the booking is fully confirmed. This is sent via email and signed electronically. --Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking. All other reservations require a 50% deposit to reserve the property. The final payment being due 30 days prior to arrival. -Sewee Properties Cancellation Policy is 30 days. You will receive a full refund minus the 5% reservation fee is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. No refunds within 30 days of arrival. -Pets are not permitted -Sports card is not included
