Relax & unwind in the country on our 30 acre farm in the middle of northwest Arkansas. It is peaceful, yet close to many restaurants, shops, outdoor activities, the UofA & XNA. We are located between Siloam Springs & Springdale and between Fayetteville & Rogers. Feel the gentle breezes, watch the flicker of lightning bugs, listen to frogs & crickets chirping (in season) & possibly see some deer. Enjoy coffee, tea & homemade cookies. The room has a king size bed, a sleeper sofa that makes out into a queen size bed, a rocker recliner with heat and massage features, Wi-Fi, a 54" flat screen TV, Roku, a dresser with bench, a folding luggage rack, a bench at the foot of the bed, a ceiling fan, a tall oscillating fan, a walk-in closet with extra pillows, throws, hangers and towels, an iron and ironing board, a small keurig, wine bottle opener, microwave and small refrigerator. We provide coffee pods, creamers, sugar, teas & homemade cookies, along with coffee cups, paper plates, eating utensils & plastic drinking glasses. The bathroom has a shower with round rain showerhead and plenty of towels. There is a washer and dryer available during daytime hours for use, upon request, at no additional charge. We also provide laundry detergent & dryer sheets. You will have access to a covered patio with a table and chairs, a firepit, a pellet grill and a charcoal grill on the east side shed of the Airbnb. We provide the pellets and charcoal. This is the perfect place to enjoy the sunrise, have a cup of coffee, take a walk, watch the birds, or have dinner. A small covered deck just off the bedroom is a great place to gaze at the stars and listen to the frogs (in season). Under cover parking on concrete is available for toys. Guests will be able to access the room, the small deck attached to it and a covered patio on the east side that has a table and chairs, a firepit, a pellet grill and a charcoal grill. Guests have plenty of room to park 50 feet from the Airbnb. We live in the house right down the driveway (to the west) from the room. We are always available via Airbnb messages, text or phone. This is a very peaceful and relaxing place & is located on 30 acres in Tontitown. The Airbnb room is separate from the owner's home. We know all of our neighbors and are related to many of them. We can see so many stars on clear nights and we love to watch airplanes fly over our farm from different directions as they approach and depart from XNA (which is about 19 miles from where we live). We are not too far from Natural Falls State Park, Devil's Den State Park & Hobbs State Park-Conservation Area. Driving (cars, trucks, motorcycles) is the best way to get around the area. The area has many backroads with scenic drives for cyclists. Most of the backroads are paved. There are dirt roads here and there, the farther out into the country you go. We have a gravel driveway that leads to the Airbnb. We live on a 30 acre farm, so there is plenty of parking. You may park your toys undercover, if you'd like. Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in the room. You may smoke outside on the small deck, with the door to the Airbnb room closed, or on the east side shed.
