The Ouray Manor retains much historical ambiance & charm from 1890 when it was built by the mayor of Ouray during the silver rush. The manor is built on a double lot with 360 degree mountain views from the decks, patio and garden - which deer and butterflies frequent often. 1/2 a block to Ouray’s nicest hot springs at the Twin Peaks and 1 block from unique and fun shops and restaurants on Main Street! 6 other rooms are available on airbnb that sleep a total of 18. The space Room 7 is located on the 3rd floor, has a brand new queen bed (as of Nov 2022) and day bed/trundle (sleeps 4), a private bathroom and high speed WiFi. Guest access Guests have access to the historic living room (with a large flat screen), formal dining room, kitchen, laundry room, den (with a table, board games, a book nook and books), coffee bar (with complementary coffee, tea, and an assortment of light breakfast options), all decks and the lower garden with 360 degree mountains views. During your stay For your safety, guests may check themselves in and sanitizer is provided at in the kitchen. The house manager is available by phone/text if you need anything. Other things to note Guests can soak at Twin Peaks Hot Springs for $40 from 10am-7pm. Must purchase tickets at the Twin Peaks prior to 4pm. We provide towels in the laundry room. Please put used towels in the laundry room basket after use. Soap is provided in the rooms. Please let us know if you need any extra towels or TP.
