Cell Service & Wi-Fi: Due to the nature of our location, cell service is limited depending on your carrier. We do offer Wi-Fi in and around our coffeehouse located at the front of our property. Access Instructions: Prior to your arrival, we will provide you with detailed access instructions, including the cabin's address, directions, and a unique access code for the keyless entry system. Self-Check-In: On the day of your arrival, simply follow the provided instructions to access the cabin. There's no need to pick up keys or wait at a front desk. Enjoy Your Stay: Once you're inside, you're free to settle in and start enjoying your peaceful retreat. Our contactless check-in process ensures minimal physical contact and maximum convenience. If you have any questions or require assistance during your stay, our on-site coffee house can assist when open and the property management team is just a phone call or message away, ready to provide support and make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Contactless Check-in Instructions: At approximately 4:00 PM on the day of your check-in, we'll email you instructions and a 4-digit key code for your designated cabin door to your Airbnb email address on file. To unlock the door, simply enter the key code on the keypad, followed by the pound sign (#). Avoid using the fingerprint button, instead, touch the keypad to activate it, and the numbers will light up for you. Other things to note We understand that your furry friends are part of the family, and we're delighted to welcome well-behaved dogs to Calm Coves Cabin. To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please review our pet policy below: Pet Fee: Dogs under 25 lbs: $50 per stay. Per pet. 2 Dogs Maximum Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring your pet so we can make the necessary arrangements and provide a comfortable stay for your furry companion. Pet Rules: Dogs must not be left unattended inside the cabin at any time. Ensure your dog is on a leash when outside the cabin and within the property grounds. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets and will be charged accordingly. Please pick up after your pet immediately. Excessive barking that disturbs other guests is not permitted.
