Description
Situated at the intersection of two iconic Denver neighborhoods, this modern condo offers a true taste of Denver living. Spend your morning walking around LoDo (lower downtown) to check out the newly renovated Union Station, the Dairy Block, and explore the 16th Street pedestrian mall. Catch a Colorado Rockies game at Coors Field just three blocks from the home. Hop between the dozens of different Colorado craft breweries while enjoying the street art in the booming RINO art district. The space This space is only available for rent for a minimum of 90 days per building rules. A separate lease agreement will need to be signed digitally for the HOA. My unit is located on the second floor of a 1910 brick factory building that was converted to condos in 2001. Its exposed brick walls and 12' high ceilings give you a taste of the loft style that is so popular in the downtown Denver area. There are two excellent rooftop seating areas available to the tenants of the building. On the north roof, there is a gas grill that guests are welcome to use. This is an excellent place to have dinner or a drink while watching the sunset. Note that the "floor mattress" listed in Bedroom 1 is actually on a loft area above the master bathroom that looks over the bedroom. Guests who sleep on this bed will have to climb the ladder to access it. The ladder folds against the wall, out of the way, when not in use. I've listed it for up to 5 guests, however, please note that while the space feels rather large for its size, it may feel a bit cramped with five. To sleep all five, you'll need to set up the air mattress in the living room or have someone sleep on the couch. Please make yourself at home here. I hope you'll love it as much as I do! Guest access There is one dedicated parking space in a gated, outdoor parking lot next to the building. It is a parallel-parking spot, so long vehicles such as pick-up trucks or Chevy Suburban-style vehicles will likely have to find other parking. Free street parking is available along Walnut on the opposite side of Broadway. You will be provided a building door code for 24/7 access. There is a separate key lockbox that you will use to gain access to the unit.
