Beautiful Studio above the garage of Log Cabin with a private entrance that sleeps up to 6. Located 1 mile off Hwy 101 halfway between Sequim and Port Angeles near the Foothills of the Olympics. The 5-acre property has views of the Olympics and the Strait of Juan de Fuca. See the lights of Victoria from the Hot Tub. The space The Garage Studio includes: Dining Table Small Kitchenette with countertop, sink, ninja oven, freezer/fridge, and microwave (note: if planning to do extensive cooking, recommend booking our basement space that includes a full kitchen). Beds: sleep up to 6 (please see pictures to confirm this suits your needs) - Queen Bed - Bunk Bed (twin on top, double on bottom) - Large sofa Futon - Smaller sofa Futon Bathroom: shower, sink and toilet Hot Tub: You'll have access to the hot tub located in front of our Basement, which is a separate airbnb space. (timing/usage to be coordinated with residents/other guests via sign up board). Backyard and Property (shared with the residents and Basement guests): You'll also have access to the backyard and are welcome to walk around the property to take in the views, use the trampoline and play structure (Children must be supervised and use at your own risk). Level 2 EV Charging (30A, 220V, 4 KW/hr) available for 1 vehicle with Tesla/NACS or J1772 (please request in advance when booking). Please be aware that the space hasn’t been set up for small children so you’ll need to keep an eye on them if you have any. Note: This listing is for the Studio above the garage only (not the entire house/property). We live in the main house year-round and have the Basement as a separate listing on airbnb. You may also hear some noise from the garage doors opening/closing below the studio but should be limited in amount/frequency. Extra $20/per/night above 4 guests up to 6 guests max. Guest access There is a parking area in front of the house. Please park facing the house (to allow for other guests to park and don't block the garage (see pics in the check-in instructions), and let us know if you have more than 2 vehicles. Other things to note Beyond 4 guests there is a $20 per person, per night extra guest fee that is included in the price calculation.
