The river varies in depth depending on rainfall, but we can direct you to deeper parts for swimming and more shallow parts for wading all right behind our home. Large barn for ski storage since we are only a 10 minute drive to the Killington Mountain Skyeship. We are on the Killington Snowmobile route so we are outdoor lovers' dream! Prefer to stay in and enjoy the snow from the warmth? Enjoy our spacious living space and cozy up inside with plenty of games and entertainment in your very own Winter Wonderland. The grounds include a propane grill, two wood burning fire pits, seating along the river, a full acre+ of open land perfect for picnics, lounging, or building a snowman in the winter! The views are enough to want to move in during all four seasons. We are perfectly located within minutes to Historic Downtown Woodstock, Bridgewater, Killington, and more! The infamous Long Trail brewery and Ramunto's Brick and Brew are our close neighbors. No parties or events allowed. We work with a number of private chefs in the area that can come in for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner during your stay. Reach out for more details! All areas of the home are yours to use. We have an owner's unit that is locked and attached but it has a private entrance away from the main door. We do not use this unit during your stay. We're happy to help with suggestions for places to go, but we will never be overbearing. 10 minutes to Killington Skyeship, a short drive to downtown Woodstock. Close to Pico Mountain, Okemo, Suicide 6 ski The VAST trail for snowmobiling is located near by our house. The community center/fire station is about 1 minute from the house and would be the best place to unload sow mobiles to catch the trail. We have a large spacious parking lot for a large number of guests. We can refer you and your guests to local personal chefs during your stay (not included) -- just let us know before check in and we will send recommendations your way! We have installed exterior only security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video outside all entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.
