This second story apartment was built in 2019 and one of the few rentals in town that is walking distance to the downtown/college. It has many custom features like a balcony that overlooks a large yard with mature trees, vaulted ceilings throughout with lots of natural light, California King bed, subway tile, high end faucets, a portable kitchen island/butcher block for extra counter space, and a Keurig & Fellows kettle for tea or pour over to kick start your morning. Perfect for singles/couples (w/teens or older kids)! Unfortunately I cannot host children under 12 due to steep stairs and no safety gate. Apartment is above our garage but guests will not have access to garage. The only outdoor space guests have access to will be the balcony, under balcony storage for gear that can be locked off, and yard on the north side of the garage w/firepit, chairs and small charcoal grill. We live part-time in the house next door. Please know you will occasionally hear garage door opening and closing. We aren’t early birds or night owls and come and go during reasonable hours. We live next door part-time and we have a property manager when we are not here, so if you need anything please let us know, otherwise we will give you your privacy. Normal small town street noise. Plenty of street parking next to apartment. Free bus stop is a few blocks away. There is not a washer/dryer in apartment but we can usually accommodate you with ours next door if prior arrangements are made.
