My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. It is a very basic room bed & Bureau. It DOES have WIFI & AC . NO TV Share bathroom and kitchen . Lots of stores, , supermarkets, restaurtants. I have 3 trains near me L trainTHIS ONE IS 6 MINUTES WALKING " Dekalb" M train THIS ONE IS 4 minutes MINUTES WALKING "central ave" J THIS ONE IS 2 MINUTES WALKING . "Kosciusko" Place is very clean. Peaceful and Quiet. I am always available to help. I live on the ground floor. The space The place is very clean . and close to the city. It is in a private home on the upper floor. Very neat and clean. This has a window facing the front of the house. Good for 2 people. A queen bed and night stand. Private lockable key room entrance with your own keys to come and go as you please. Room has WIFI. The city is 10 minutes to cross over the Williamsburg Bridge to cross over to Manhattan and it close to metro. Its around the corner a 2 minute walk. I have the M , J and , L trains near me. Lots of shops, bars restaurant within walking distance. You have a fully equipped kitchen in case you want to cook or pack a picnic to go into Central Park. Place is very clean, secure and safe. Surveillance Cameras. Host lives on the ground floor which is good because is always available to help you if you need anything! No overnight guest unless they have paid for the extra guest. Guest access FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN. THIS WILL SAVE YOU LOTS OF MONEY. YOU CAN PACK YOUR MEALS TO GO. YOU CAN STORE YOUR DRINKS IN FRIDGE FOR THE DAY. CAN GO GROCERIES SHOPPING. During your stay I CAN HELP YOU PLAN YOUR DAY! There is no visitors ALLOW !!!! Only the guest that are paid in the reservation are allow to stay overnight Other things to note A queen bed and a dresser. Close to the train station and 10 minutes over the bridge and you are in the city.
