The space This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is a spacious 500 square feet and offers bright natural light, spaces for guests to relax, and a huge comfy king bed in the bedroom. Walk up the steps to your own private porch where you can enjoy breezes and beverages....and just inside you will find an open living, dining and kitchen space. The living room has a full convertible futon couch, TV, and a comfy rocker chair. Since the living and kitchen spaces are open the TV can be seen from the dining table as well. Second TV in the bedroom, gorgeous glass and tile bathroom shower renovation. Kitchen is complete with all essentials you will need to be perfectly comfortable during your stay, whether you will be cooking your meals or going out. Breakfast is a breeze with coffee maker, toaster, and tea kettle. Think "IKEA" when you see the creative shelving and storage... The beautiful recently remodeled bathroom is spectacular - bright glass and tile with a modern feel make this an enjoyable place to rinse the salt air off and get ready for your next adventure! Bedroom has a king bed and plenty of cabinetry to stash your belongings. What's very special about this particular condo is that it was "home sweet home" to the owners for more than 15 years while they were managing the entire complex. They renovated their condo as they were preparing to retire and saw to it that their guests would have everything they might need during their stay. This place has an extra special spot in the owner's hearts and they are happy to have it be part of your memories. Guest access Guests will receive email from Dreams N Druthers 7 days before arrival with specific instructions for entry. Parking passes are required and are also sent by email. Check in is 4pm, check out is 10am. Because there are always maintenance needs in our properties, check in times are not always flexible regardless of availability on the previous nights of arrival. If by chance the property is ready early, you will receive a text either the day before or the day of arrival. We do try to allow early access when we can. Other things to note ** COMMUNICATION: as an integrated partner on this booking site, please be aware that all future communications will come from Dreams N Druthers. Please be on the lookout. ** E-SIGNATURE CONTRACT: In addition to any contract you may have signed through an integrated partner (such as AIRBNB/VRBO). We require our own E-Signed contract to complete your booking. This allows us to include additional details we are unable to elsewhere. PLEASE NOTE THESE ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY-ASKED QUESTIONS: **MINIMUM BOOKING AGE is 25. The person holding the reservation must be staying at the property. No 3rd party booking is allowed. **PRE-APPROVAL OF PETS REQUIRED Pets (DOGS ONLY) are allowed ONLY IN SELECT PROPERTIES. Breed/weight restrictions are applicable. PET FEES are $25/pet per night. DISCOUNT ON PET FEES AVAILABLE FOR SEASONAL RENTALS. PET POLICY Guests are responsible for adhering to pet policies provided in the contract as well as all Isle of Palms pet ordinances **MINIMUM NIGHTS Some of our properties have "minimum nights required" to make a reservation on weekends, holidays, and during the summer season. To check availability for a shorter stay, please send a message / inquiry. If it's possible, we'd be happy to accommodate you. ** CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT: Your reservation is confirmed when the initial payment is paid. Payment options are dependent on the cancellation policy and how far away you are booking your stay. For reservations made in advance of 30 days, the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment. ** ITEMS PROVIDED: Soaps, linens, towels and starter paper products will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. Guests are responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests. **SMOKING All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas. **NOISE ORDINANCE Guests are responsible for following the Isle of Palms 10PM noise ordinance.
