The pool is also just steps away, so you may choose to spend your time poolside just soaking up the sun. The grounds of La Solana feature a quiet and beautifully landscaped center courtyard. On the first floor, this comfortable condominium features an open kitchen, dining, and living area with a balcony that overlooks the courtyard. It is beautifully furnished throughout with decor that will never let you forget that you are at the beach. Upstairs is a theater room complete with a private balcony that has partial water views. With bedrooms both upstairs and downstairs, this condo is perfect for a large family with the perfect balance of shared and private space for everyone to enjoy. Since you are within a short distance (5-minute walk) of all the entertainment and restaurant venues that South Padre Island has to offer, you may choose to dine out every night. But if you want to cook in, perhaps your daily catch from the bay, you will enjoy a kitchen that is fully equipped. A washer/dryer, two parking spaces, and a reserved boatslip add convenience to make this the perfect location for your South Padre Island vacation on the bay! This property is licensed and in good standing with the City of South Padre Island. (License #2023-0156) Guest access Guests have access to the entire listing and all amenities inside. Other things to note All our properties are child-friendly, family vacation rentals. All guests must be 25 years of age or older or must be accompanied by their parent who will be in residence with the underage guest 24/7. Reservation must be made by parent who will be in residence 24/7 with credit card in the name of that parent. Proof of age and parental status is required prior to your arrival. This property has a guest maximum occupancy of adults and children as listed. This maximum occupancy applies at any point in time, day or night. Parties, social events, family reunions, or any activity where guests not listed on the Guest Registration Form are present are strictly prohibited. Minimum Check in age is 25. Any cancellation due to a breach of age rules will be subject to the cancellation policy in effect at time of booking. If you have any questions about whether you are breaching the age rules, please ask BEFORE you book! Guests are required to complete, sign, and return a rental agreement and guest registry through Host’s online Guest Portal within 24 hours of receipt of the email invitation. Failure to complete these prior to arrival is a breach of house rules and any cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy in effect at time of booking. Once you've submitted your signed rental agreement, the Host will reach out to confirm reservation details, COLLECT A CREDIT CARD FOR INCIDENTALS, and provide other important information. Guests are required to provide a government-issued photo ID and credit card at check-in to verify identity. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Wristbands are required by the HOA of some complexes. Fees vary depending on # of guests, ages, and dates of stay, and additional charges may apply. Some properties may require a refundable security deposit, depending on the season, that are charged separately upon confirmation of your reservation by phone. This property is pet/animal friendly (2 dogs MAX) and is subject to a $100 animal fee per animal. Only the animal(s) that are registered with and approved by Padre Getaways prior to check-in are allowed on premises. Padre Getaways assumes no responsibility for any illness, loss, or injury that may occur to your pet/animal while on premises, or for any action taken against you or your pet/animal by third parties. The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Mon-Fri) and 9:00 AM - 5:00 (Sat-Sun). For arrivals outside these hours, after-hours self-check-in may be available with prior approval from Padre Getaways and is subject to a $50 after-hours arrival fee (+tax/processing). Prior to approval, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Once approved, guests can access the property using a secure key lockbox after the designated check-in time on their arrival date.
