During the summer you can walk to a Tahoe Park Private Beach on the Lake which includes over 3 acres of lakefront fun including picnic tables, BBQs, playground, two piers, roped offed swim area, volleyball and basketball courts. This home is also walking distance to Firesign Cafe, Sunnyside Lodge and nearby market. Nearby hiking and biking trails offer miles of adventure. In the winter you can enjoy some of the best skiing in the world. The house is just a 10 minute drive from Palisades/Alpine Ski Resort and even closer to Homewood Mountain Resort. There is parking in the driveway for 4 cars. Two of the three bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The half bath has a stacking washer/dryer. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, disposal, gas range, and pots, pans, and dishes to make a nice meal. The dining table has seating for 6 and opens to the living room with woodstove insert on the river rock hearth, TV with cable and DVD player and wireless internet. Front and back decks offer patio furniture and a gas BBQ - summer only. This home does not allow any parties or events as this home is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet time is from 9pm-8am. Cleaning fee includes linens and towels.
