Large home to spread out or hangout together in one of two family rooms. Play games watch movies, walk around property, BBQ in the beautiful Florida weather. We are close to Greenway Trails, Horse Parks, I -75 and 441 which makes it easy to find and very convenient to get you where you need to go. There is plenty of parking so bring your trailers and horse pasture rental is extra! Bring your bikes and hit the Santos trails. NON Smokers/Non Vapors ONLY- No Smokers/Vapors allowed on property If you are a 'closet smoker' or plan to secretly smoke on the road or in woods -PLEASE do not rent this home, be respectful ! Because of ALLERGIES you will pay a $1500 Fee for smoking or vaping and be asked to leave immediately. Please make sure you follow VRBO rules and enter the CORRECT number of guests that will be staying. No indoor pets. Additional rules *** For liability reasons, guests may not bring any visitors or any others to our home for any length of time unless pre approved. Only those individuals who are registered guests may enter the premises. Please msg me if you have a question about visitors. CHECKOUT Check out list will be provided 😊 Check out time is 10 AM If it has not been discussed and agreed ahead of time, then please check out on time. **Fee of 50$ per half hour if not checked out on time— I am flexible and willing to work with you if there is communication before check out day. If the check out list is not completed there will be an additional cleaning fee of $100. Please do not rearrange or move furniture/ Deco or drag things across wood floors.
