The secluded property which borders Minnewaska has been likened to a mini adventure resort and can be enjoyed by hikers and adventurers. It was named after the blue springs that feed the stream and one of a kind pool. An elegant, simple yet grand, private getaway two hours from N.Y.C.. The owners, Eric and Troy live in a converted barn on the property. The space Imagine hiking on beautiful trails for an entire morning without crossing a road, hearing a car or seeing a soul, past turquoise swimming holes, waterfalls, white granite cliffs, a small lake, deep gorges and ancient dwarf pitch pine forests. Then returning to lunch at a blue stone, terraced Japanese garden with a small waterfalls and spending the afternoon swimming and relaxing at a 50 foot, spring fed, swimming pool with a mill stone fountain. Note: Pool opens between May 15 and May 31 (depending upon weather). Pool closes between September 15 and September 30 (depending upon weather) Guest access Guests will have free range of the house, grounds, pool and hiking trails.
